30-day returns
Every Morandi piece can be returned within 30 days of delivery — no reasons needed. We cover the return shipping with a prepaid label — including international returns.
How it works
Write to us with your order number — by email or through the contact page. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Pack the piece in its original packaging, hand the parcel to the courier, and we take care of the rest.
Condition
Please return the piece in its original condition and packaging, together with its certificate of authenticity.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at the studio, we inspect it and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days — typically much sooner. You receive a confirmation by email at every step.
Damaged on arrival
Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo — by email or through the contact page — and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest route to a different piece is to return the original and place a new order. Write to us and we will arrange both in one go.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Customers in the European Union also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this right; withdrawing under the statutory rules follows the same simple process described above.

Lifetime Warranty
Every Morandi piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty — for as long as it belongs to its original owner. The warranty is personal to the first owner and is not transferable.
It covers the printed piece itself: structural or material failure under normal use — delamination, cracking, or the failure of joints or finish. It does not cover the electrical components or the bulb, accidental damage, misuse, or the normal traces of daily life.
If your piece fails, write to us with a photo — by email or through the contact page. We repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge, shipping included — worldwide.
This warranty exists alongside your statutory rights under EU consumer law and never limits them.
