30-day returns

Every Morandi piece can be returned within 30 days of delivery — no reasons needed. We cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.

How it works

Write to ​ with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Pack the piece in its original packaging, hand the parcel to the courier, and we take care of the rest.

Condition

Please return the piece in its original condition and packaging, together with its certificate of authenticity.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at the studio, we inspect it and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days — typically much sooner. You receive a confirmation by email at every step.

Damaged on arrival

Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo to ​ and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest route to a different piece is to return the original and place a new order. Write to us and we will arrange both in one go.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this right; withdrawing under the statutory rules follows the same simple process described above.
