Order Processing Time
Every Morandi piece is printed to order in our studio. Your order is produced, quality-checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday enter production on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU and 5–10 business days elsewhere in the world. Every order travels tracked and fully insured.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Need to change your delivery address after ordering? Simply write to us — if your piece has not yet shipped, we will update it right away; once it is on its way, we will help arrange a solution with the carrier. We deliver to street addresses only, as couriers cannot serve P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Outside the EU, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are set and collected by your country, not by us, and are not included in our prices. We declare every shipment accurately and with complete paperwork, so customs clearance is smooth. If you would like to know what to expect, your local customs office can tell you the applicable rates — or write to us before ordering and we will gladly help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Every piece can be returned within 30 days with a prepaid label — our refund policy has the details. And for anything at all, write to us: every message reaches a person.
