Giorgio Morandi painted the same bottles for decades and never repeated a picture. This set works on the same principle: three silhouettes in his palette — sand yellow, light ivory, ochre yellow — each a different height, none louder than the others. Grouped tightly, they read as one still life; spread along a shelf, three quiet solo objects.
There is no correct arrangement. Shift one vase and the composition changes; that is the point, and the pleasure.
They are watertight — working vases, not props; a few stems shift the balance again. Each one is designed and 3D-printed piece by piece in our studio, made to order in EcoLux, our bio-based polymer with a soft matte surface that holds the muted colours flat and even, the way Morandi liked his paint.
